Some great reviews appearing after the premiere of Aislinn Clarke’s Fréwaka at Locarno Film Festival in Switzerland.
I really enjoyed mixing this one as it had lots of quiet, eerie moments to let sound do some nice storytelling and tension building! Dom Lawrence did a fantastic job on sound design, really selling the creaky old house as a character.
